How To Make Apples with Walnuts and Honey

 Ingredients:

11/4 kg apples, peeled and sliced

200g of sugar

1 cinnamon stick

zest of 1 lemon


To decorate:

whipped cream

100 g halved walnuts

honey


Methods:


Cook the apples in a saucepan with the sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon and a splash of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the apples are soft. Set aside and chill. Remove the lemon zest and cinnamon and divide the apple into 4 sundaes. Leave to cool in the fridge before serving.To serve, decorate with whipped cream, top each glass with half a walnut and drizzle with a little honey. For 4 people.
