How TO Cook Chicken Pie

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken breasts, cut into pieces

1 ¼ oz package French Onion Soup Mix

2 cups of canned apricot nectar

16 oz can apricot halves, drained

Methods:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place the chicken pieces in a saucepan. Mix the French onion soup mix with the apricot nectar and pour over the chicken.



2Bake covered for 50 minutes, then add the drained apricot halves and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve the chicken with creamy mashed potatoes or rice to soak up any juices.
