HOW TO MAKE WHOLE NUTRITION BOWL

 A balanced, healthy bowl of goodness nutritionally dense to make your body happy! 


Ingredients:

2 handfuls of spinach

½ cup brown rice, cooked

½ cucumber julienned

½ carrot julienned

Sweet cherry tomatoes, sliced

Nori seaweed sheets,

Sliced Tempe or tofu

Sprouts of choice

Guacamole

Beetroot Hummus

½ lemon juiced 

1 tbsp coconut oil

Salt & cracked pepper to taste 


Method:

1. Heat 1tbsp of coconut oil on a pan, add diced tempe or tofu and cook until golden brown. 

2. Fill bowl with cooked brown rice & spinach leaves.

3. Top with all toppings

4. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, salt & pepper
